I recently purchased a Moto Edge 60 Fusion from Flipkart (delivered 26-02-2026), but unfortunately discovered a manufacturing defect with the Volume Up button. After a software update didn’t fix it, I visited the Bhagwati Telecom Authorized Motorola Service Centre in Virar West the next morning at 10 AM.
The experience was outstanding:
• Speed: My phone was collected immediately, and despite being told it might take 4–5 days, I received a call the very next evening to collect a brand-new replacement unit.
• Exceptional Staff: A special thanks to Kaveri Ji and Karishma Ji. They took the initiative to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. They are kind, hardworking, and possess excellent customer-handling skills.
• Resolution: Completely hassle-free replacement within 24 hours.
I am totally grateful to Motorola and this specific service center for such a quick turnaround.
